Staffordshire Wedding Photography with Two Brides // Emma & Charlie

Any photographer knows how nerve-wracking it is to shoot a fellow contemporaries big day. Well my two brides for this wedding at Moddershall Oaks in Staffordshire were BOTH wedding photographers and they had understandably huge expectations for their pictures from the day, and rightly so! 

Their wedding was at Moddershall Oaks Hotel and Spa, in the Staffordshire countryside. The florals complemented the rustic country aesthetic and were set off with lots of rose gold details and geometric styling. the wonderful Alison Jenner did incredible work on the brides hair, and was super calm all morning despite having two brides to perfect! After an eventful morning with the champagne flowing the brides made their way to their ceremony together. They read their own vows which really showed the journey they had been on to be together, and there were a lot of tears from the guests, I may have even shed one myself from behind the camera! After all the cuddles and congratulations they went outside to rainbow confetti and had an incredible day surrounded by love and laughs.

I feel like I really got to know these two so well during the build up to the wedding, and on the day. I’m so so pleased with how their pictures turned out, not least because there’ve been lots of happy tears from them but also because they themselves take pictures of happy couples all the time and they now have their very own story beautifully captured. And that’s priceless right?! Enjoy these, my favourite shots from their day.
